Welcome to my shop where I am pleased to offer a lovely selection of cards, prints and gifts from my artwork.  Images and terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time.

The copyright of all artwork and goods offered for sale remains with me, Frances Sullivan, the Artist, even after sale, unless specifically assigned in writing.  All rights reserved.

IMAGE SHARING

Please note that I do not send out high resolution images of my original artwork designs.  Product photographs may be available if requested for promotion.

ORDERING

Presently only orders from and to UK and European destinations are accepted.

Orders are only processed through my online shop.

An order confirmation and order despatch notification will be emailed to you 

Utmost care will be taken when packing your goods to try to ensure that they arrive safely.

Orders aim to be despatched within 5 working days, usually sooner, but only when full payment has cleared.

All additional costs such as customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENT 

This will be only be managed securely by Paypal or Square where major credit and debit cards are accepted.  It is recommended that the site is only used by those aged 13 and over.  No other forms of payment are taken.

DELIVERY 

Items only delivered to the Billing Address.

Deliveries will mainly be sent by Royal Mail and may require a signature on delivery.  Parcels will be sent by Parcelforce or a reputable courier. The despatch date and method of shipping will be emailed to you.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

Refunds will only be given if: 

• Cancellation of order is notified in writing within 14 days of your receipt of the goods (signature on delivery being proof of delivery), though orders for specially commissioned goods may not be cancelled.

• The goods are returned to me within 14 days of notification of cancellation, in original condition, securely wrapped in their original packaging if possible. Deductions may be made if the value of the items may be reduced if the item is returned in an unsaleable condition such as through unnecessary handling. 

• If goods have not been sent out, then a refund to the card from which the payment was made, will be made within 10 days.

• Refunds will only be made back to the card from which the payment was taken

Goods are returned at your own risk and cost, Recorded Delivery is recommended and please keep Proof of Posting. 

Cancellation refunds will be made within 14 days of return of goods, or evidence of goods returned, and will include basic outward postage unless faulty.
